| Milan,Italy (MMG) 21 July, 2009: The city goverment of Milan has introduce a new law which prohibit establishments to serve any kind of alcohol to minors aged 16 and below. This was done due to the increasing number of road accidents wherein teens as young as 11 where found intoxicated.While local traditions for centuries has been giving small portions during parties. So enforcing the ban will prove to be a major task by the authorities. Fines up to 500Euros will be imposed on both parents and establishments breaking the ban. Many are sceptical about the feasbility of enforcing the law. | |||||||||||
